Make your plans! The 2015 ERA/IRgA Convention will be held in Atlanta on April 9-11. As the reprographic industry evolves into new technologies, the convention provides a great opportunity for reprographers to keep up to date, share ideas, and learn how to best position their businesses for success.
Keynote Address Will Help You Compete
Among the highlights will be keynote speaker Jaynie L. Smith, author of Creating Competitive Advantage and a noted consultant and speaker. Smith's keyote presentation will provide a fresh perspective on competitive positioning. She will provide the framework for uncovering and touting your own competitive advantages to measurably increase your companies’ customer retention and sales close rates.
The keynote address will take place Friday night, the same night as the presentation of IRgA's highest honor, the Bukovsky Award. This will be a night to inspire you!
Major Issues Discussed
The key issues facing the reprographics industry will be discussed during the education sessions at the convention, and there are lots of things to discuss at the moment! Don't be left out of these conversations!
IRgA's friends from Germany will also participate in the convention. Achim Carius, executive director of Motio, the German reprographics organization, will discuss the formation and success of its affiliate organization, go4copy.net.
See the Latest Equipment and Technology
The trade show at the convention will contain the largest collection of reprographics equipment and technology available in any one place in 2015. And the setting is designed to foster conversation and hands-on experiences. Stay tuned for a list of exhibitors as the event approaches.
Socializing and Networking
Of course, one of the biggest reasons to attend the convention is to see old friends, make new friends, and connect with colleagues throughout the industry. Receptions, meals, and breaks will be scheduled throughout the event. And naturally the lobby bar will see many more productive conversations!
Luxury Hotel, Lots to Do
