For the sake of full disclosure, it should be noted that the author of this survey is a paid consultant of PEiR Group.

Fuller Disclosure!

For the “sake of” even fuller disclosure, Paul, I’m also a “paid consultant” to several other businesses. As is clearly noted on my blog, I operate a consulting practice, ProActive Management Programs, LLC, a consulting practice I’ve operated for several years. I have no idea why my work as a consultant - to any firm - would give anyone a reason not to participate in a survey of reprographers. A survey is a survey. I don’t know the names of the firms who are participating in the survey, and, even if I did, I would not disclose that information to anyone, nor would I use that information to benefit any of my clients. Surveys (results) provide useful information for anyone and everyone in the reprographics business and industry. My Blog, Reprographics 101, is my hobby and it is not associated with my consulting practice. It is my way of giving back to an industry that was good to me (and my family). Those in the industry who know me, know that I am completely unbiased in my reporting (and surveying), no matter who I’m doing consulting work for. All that said, as I clearly and distinctly pointed out to the IRgA Officer and Board Members this Spring, I consider my consulting practice client list confidential, in the same manner as you, the Owner of CyberCopy, consider your firm’s client list confidential.
