Several APDSP members have recently mentioned that their status as Certified Woman-Owned Business Enterprises (WBE) or Minority-Owned Business Enterprises (MBE) has helped them secure work. With that in mind, we recently added five new certifications as categories that you can select in your member profile. These categories are visible when people visit the online member directory. The categories are:
Certified Minority Owned Business (MBE)
Certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOB)
Certified Veteran Owned Business (VOB)
Certified Woman-Owned Business (WBE)
Certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprise
If your shop holds any of these certifications, click here to log into the Member Center, then click on the "Company Information" tab under Shortcuts on the left side, then click on Categories. The drop-down menu labeled "C" for certifications lists the four certifications.
