Residents in Central Michigan experienced a state of emergency recently as two Michigan dams were breached by heavy rainfall creating a life-threatening situation. The flooding caused massive damage and devastation and forced 11,000 people to evacuate their homes.
National / AZON employees donated time and supplies to help local Boy Scout Troop #210 who were able to deliver three vehicles and a trailer full of food, drinking water and other staple items to Midland.
The Arnold Center collaborated with United Way in accepting and redistributing donations from local Boy Scouts and other statewide organizations. The donations provided relief aid to those victims affected by the flood damages in surrounding homes and businesses.
